Grieta Cine is a film production company and editing studio operating between Valparaíso (Chile) and Barcelona (Spain).

Co-founded by filmmakers Gabriela Pena and Picho García. We work on an intimate scale, viewing the act of filmmaking as a space for engagement, listening, and care.

We support projects from development through to distribution, placing editing at the heart of the process. Our work focuses on creative documentary, autobiographical cinema, and auteur films, with an approach open to the hybridization of genres and cinematic languages. We are interested in narratives exploring memory, family ties, identity, and the friction between the personal and the political.
